U.S.-Mexico Border Federal Training Center Collaborative Welcome/Bienvenidos This website features resources from the U.S.-Mexico Border AETC Steering Team (UMBAST) and its Federal Training Center partners. Together we offer free, expert training, technical assistance, and capacity-building programs on the prevention and treatment of HIV, tuberculosis, hepatitis C, sexually transmitted diseases, reproductive health, and related topics for clinicians working in the U.S.-Mexico border region.
