Prevent Youth HIV

As a response to the growing HIV/AIDS epidemic among youth 13-24 years old, the Office of Adolescent Health sought funding through the Secretary's Minority AIDS Initiative Fund to develop a resource center focused on assisting youth-serving agencies and professionals with implementing evidenced-based prevention programs. The National Resource Center for HIV/AIDS Prevention among Adolescents launched its website on June 25, 2012. The Resource Center houses a repository of tools and resources for implementing and adapting existing evidenced-based programs. Technical assistance is also available for youth-serving agencies and professionals that need additional support with their programming. Get the latest resources on HIV prevention in youth, access technical assistance and links to training opportunities, and exchange information with colleagues.
