In order to prevent new HIV infections, providers need to understand how to discuss HIV prevention options with people that identify as women. This includes education around sexual and reproductive health, HIV and STI testing, harm reduction, HIV PEP and PrEP, stigma and how to empower women to make informed decisions about their wellness. This session will include a panel presentation of people that identify as women sharing their experiences and what they want providers in the Central Valley to know as they engage in these conversations.
