Rosen Shingle Creek

The National Medical Association (NMA)’s Annual Convention and Scientific Assembly is acclaimed as the nation’s foremost forum on medical science and African American health. Each year, African American physicians and other health professionals from across the country convene to participate in the scholarly exchange of medical advances, discuss health policy priorities, and to share experiences through networking opportunities.

This conference will explore and review progress and changes that need to be made to achieve health equity. CME sessions to encourage scientific exchange, use of best practices, and increase the knowledge, skills, and professional performance needed to provide services for patients, the public or the profession, will be offered.

NMA’s annual conference offers an opportunity to interact with peers and colleagues from small rural towns to large urban cities, representing disciplines from Aerospace and Occupational Medicine to Women’s Health.
