2020 Nat RW Conference

30 Years of Innovating Care, Optimizing Public Health, Ending the HIV Epidemic

The 2020 National Ryan White Conference on HIV Care & Treatment (NRWC) is the largest national conference for HIV care and treatment providers, Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) recipients, local, national and federal stakeholders, and people with HIV.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the NRWC is officially going virtual! The conference dates will remain August 11-14, 2020, however, the times will adjust to accommodate different time zones. Registered participants are still encouraged to attend the full length of the conference; however, the virtual platform will allow for more flexibility.

The health, well-being, and safety of all of the attendees are the top priority for HAB leadership. This virtual format will allow those on the front line to still have an opportunity to attend the conference and not take them away from the communities they are working hard to serve.

Marriott Marquis Washington, DC hotel reservations will be canceled on behalf of registered attendees. There is no need to contact the hotel to request a reservation cancellation.

Registration for the 2020 NRWC is still open and will remain open until July 31! If you have not already done so, please visit the conference website to complete your registration.

Digital exhibiting opportunities are also available. Submit a request to exhibit here.

2020 Conference Tracks:
1. Population-Based Approaches for Improving Access, Engagement/Re-engagement, and Health Outcomes
2. Data Utilization
3. Innovative System-level Models for HIV Service Delivery
4. Clinical Quality Management
5. RWHAP Planning and Resource Allocation: Community Engagement and Collaborative Partnerships
6. RWHAP Fiscal and Grant Management Boot Camp

This conference will directly follow the 2020 Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Clinical Conference, August 9-12, 2020. Please note that there is a separate registration process for each conference.
