We are cultivating a vibrant community dedicated to enhancing leadership skills and fostering the professional growth of Black men within the HIV workforce. Launching with a kickoff event on March 21 – 22, 2025, supporting Brothers of the Desert Wellness Summit, this collaborative offers a space to further develop leadership skills, exchange strategies, and build a network of peers committed to advancing health and racial equity in the HIV field.

Collaborate and Learn: Engage in sessions that foster connection, support, and problem-solving.
