• Evaluate ART regimens based on their efficacy, safety, adherence potential, and drug-drug interactions
• Employ strategies to improve rapid ART initiation in rural communities
• Apply clinical evidence, guideline recommendations, and patient-specific factors into individualized treatment selection for people with HIV
• Develop monitoring and follow-up care plans for people with HIV based on the latest guideline recommendations and best practices
• Utilize a multidisciplinary approach for optimizing HIV management, reducing stigma, and engaging rural populations in HIV care and treatment
• Integrate evidence-based interprofessional strategies to improve retention in HIV care and adherence among rural communities
