Self-Care and Stress Management for Healthcare Providers

The purpose of this training is to understand stress, anxiety, and burnout among healthcare workers providing care to people with HIV, and identify opportunities and strategies for stress management. 

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand reactions to stress and anxiety experienced as members of the health care team. 
  2. Review approaches to managing burnout and compassion fatigue for providers working in settings with patients with HIV/AIDS. 
  3. Identify opportunities to build resilience and maintain a sense of wellbeing during the ongoing COVID pandemic.
