The goal of the AETC Health Care Disparities Collaborative is to provide a platform that allows participants to learn about and encourage activity towards closing the gap or eliminating health related disparities in America, particularly for persons living with HIV or AIDS.
Webinar Objectives:

- Describe the need and rational for an HIV clinical training program focused on California Spanish-speaking family medical physicians working in underserved areas
- Discuss the role of International Medical Graduates (IMG) in conducting HIV testing in underserved communities
- Explain the unique HIV skill sets IMGs can bring to HIV work, with a focus on routine HIV (and Hepatitis C) screening
- Consider HIV training opportunities for IMGs and Spanish-speaking providers in your community
