The purpose of the AETC Health Disparities Collaborative is geared towards creating awareness and working towards reducing health inequities for persons living with HIV/AIDS. Meetings are held quarterly with presentations from content experts on topics of emerging need.

- Explain HIV prevention programs with the Pascua Yaqui and Navajo tribes
- Discuss how culture is a facilitator to promoting healthy behaviors reducing HIV and STI risk
