Recorded AIDS Seminar-Trauma Informed Care and HIV

This presentation focuses on trauma informed care for patients with HIV who often have a range of stressors including interpersonal violence histories notable for physical and sexual abuse. The presentation focuses on common responses to trauma, psychiatric comorbidities, and strategies for managing patients in a trauma informed manner including the use of motivational interviewing.
