The program serves the state of Hawaiʻi as well as six Pacific Island jurisdictions. The jurisdictions include American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, the Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Palau.
