The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) invites you to participate in the 2025 HRSA New England and Northeast/Caribbean Virtual Community Engagement Listening Session on Thursday, August 28, 2025, from 1:00-2:30 PM ET. This listening session is specifically intended for Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) Part A and Part B planning body and planning council (PB/PC) chairs and members in the New England and Northeast/Caribbean jurisdictions who are involved in the planning, development, and implementation of HIV care and treatment strategies. This listening session provides an opportunity to discuss successes and barriers to engaging people with HIV who are out of care in your jurisdictions.
We invite you to attend and participate in this important virtual community engagement listening session, which focuses on RWHAP PB/PC chairs and members and activities within New England and Northeast/Caribbean jurisdictions. Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part A and Part B PB/PC chairs and members in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Vermont are invited to participate. However, there will be subsequent listening sessions to cover the other areas of the country throughout the summer and fall.
This moderator-led discussion will focus on several questions on topics including innovative approaches, outreach and engagement strategies for people with HIV who are out of care, expanding partnership efforts, barriers and opportunities, and tools to support PB/PCs.
