Objectives
- Discuss the impact vicarious trauma has on service delivery
- Identify strategies for interdisciplinary providers to build resiliency, enhance self-care, create supportive workplaces, and work to create compassion satisfaction in the work they do
- Highlight the vital role of Social Work, Nursing, Clinical Providers, and Community Health Workers in advocacy and access to care and how setting healthy boundaries make that work possible
