Join the New England AETC to learn and discuss "HIV and Mental Illness: Implications for Everyday Clinical Care." 

Objectives

  •  Explain why psychiatric and substance use disorders and more prevalent
    among individuals with HIV.
  • Anticipate common barriers to psychiatric and substance use treatment when
    comorbid with HIV.
  •  Implement appropriate clinical interventions targeting mental illness and
    addiction for patients with HIV.
