This MATEC's six-session 2026 HIV Intensive Nursing Review serves as an intensive review for nurses and other healthcare professionals involved in HIV and AIDS care. The course is designed to offer a comprehensive review of HIV-related information and to be interactive, to allow attendees to share ideas, information, and experiences.
Objectives
- Review risk reduction through harm reduction, risk assessment, and behavior change.
- Discuss HIV prevention via PrEP: guidelines, best practices, and pharmacological considerations.
