Join the MidAtlantic AETC for a full-day summit.

Objectives

Building capacity to meet the needs of a growing older adult population with HIV in Maryland
Utilizing a multidisciplinary team approach to improve the quality of life
Integrating Geriatric Assessments in HIV and primary care clinics using Innovative models of care that address multimorbidity/co-occurring chronic conditions
Examining the unique Social Determinants of Health that impact older adults and how to close the gaps in services
