Join the South Central AETC for a no-cost 1-day in-person training event to increase your knowledge of the spirit and principles of motivational interviewing to engage people with HIV.

Objectives

Increase knowledge of efficacy of MI with clients with HIV
Define the four principles of motivational interviewing
Increase skills to use motivational interviewing strategies with people with HIV
Recognize change language in client interactions
Develop strategies to use MI for improving engagement in care services.
