The MidAtlantic AIDS Education and Training Center (MAAETC) will provide a Virginia Case Management Community of Practice Call. This call will help case managers share best practices and strategies for keeping clients engaged in care and virally suppressed. This month's program will feature Andrea Reynolds, LCSW; Ryan White Case Management Trainer, Peer Reviewer and owner of Journey Thru Counseling & Wellness in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Andrea will provide an overview of compassion fatigue, its impact on helping professionals, and steps for building resiliency, preventing burnout, and navigating through fatigue.
