This Community of Practice (CoP) is for Delaware professionals working with populations affected by HIV. This will be a safe space to come together monthly to learn more tools for our toolbox to support communities, become trusted messengers, empower clients to engage in their health, reduce the rates of HIV acquisition and co-occurring conditions, and help those with HIV reach viral suppression.

Objectives

Analyze relevant statistics related to HIV prevention and care
Evaluate current HIV trends for Delaware
Identify HIV services in Delaware
Summarize the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program and its multidisciplinary approach.
