HIV Syndemics in Clinical Practice: Enhancing Care within the EHE Framework:
This four-part webinar series will explore integrated approaches to address the syndemics of HIV, STIs, viral hepatitis, mental health, and substance use disorders to effectively End the HIV Epidemic (EHE).

Objectives

  • Identify factors related to HIV syndemics that influence PrEP eligibility, adherence, and clinical outcomes.
  • Discuss best practice approaches to integrate STI screening, treatment, and prevention strategies, including doxy-PEP, into PrEP care protocols.
  • Describe clinical considerations for PrEP and PEP coordination with co-occurring behavioral or medical conditions.
