Join the Midwest AETC for an engaging discussion focused on HIV prevention and care for women. This session will explore PrEP as an HIV prevention option, key considerations for women, and strategies for healthcare providers to support informed decision-making and increase access to HIV prevention services.

Objectives

Describe the current landscape of PrEP awareness and uptake for women.
Summarize why women can benefit from PrEP.
Discuss why PrEP is an important tool for HIV prevention for women.
Describe why we see less uptake of PrEP usage and awareness in women.
