Join the MidAtlantic AETC to learn about HIV Care with Special populations.

Objectives

Share experiences and challenges encountered when caring for special populations affected by HIV.
Explore barriers to prevention, treatment, and retention in care, including stigma, challenges in service delivery with in the healthcare infrastructure, insurance limitations, and prior authorization requirements.
Discuss practical strategies to improve trauma-informed care across all patient populations.
Identify opportunities for multidisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes.
Generate actionable ideas to enhance access and quality of HIV care within their own practice settings.
