The Medical Case Manager Training Series equips participants with both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills essential for effective HIV Medical Case Management. This year’s program places a special emphasis on practical, real-world strategies that empower medical case managers to better support people living with HIV, strengthen care coordination, and improve health outcomes.
