This interactive leadership workshop is designed for supervisors, program managers, and emerging leaders working in infectious disease and behavioral health services, including HIV/AIDS, viral hepatitis, and substance misuse programs. The training blends core leadership principles with practical tools to address real-world challenges in healthcare and public health. Strong leadership is critical for improving health outcomes, reducing stigma, and supporting the workforce.
