Join the South Central AETC to learn about HIV and pregnancy.

Objectives

Discuss the epidemiology of HIV in pregnancy, including the status of prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT)
Understand DHHS guidelines for HIV testing and diagnosis
Identify preferred ART regimens in pregnancy
Review breastfeeding guidelines for persons living with HIV
Discuss missed opportunities for PMTCT and other psychosocial factors in the context of pregnancy
