All events in this series - Bridging Care: Supporting Youth Through the HIV Care Continuum
This four-part series equips providers with practical, evidence-informed strategies to empower adolescents and young adults affected by HIV. Participants will strengthen skills in sexual health communication, prevention counseling, transition planning, disclosure navigation, and resilience-centered care—grounded in trauma-informed principles and the lived experiences of youth and lifetime survivors. Designed for multidisciplinary teams, this series emphasizes actionable approaches that support youth autonomy, strengthen engagement, promote continuity, and optimize health outcomes.
