This webinar will highlight how exercise and nutrition play a vital role in promoting wellness among older adults living with HIV. Experts from Empower U, Inc. and Wake Forest University Health Sciences will discuss wellness initiatives and strategies to encourage healthier lifestyles. Presenters will highlight their work as part of the HRSA Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program Part F SPNS Aging with HIV Initiative that supports and evaluates emerging interventions to comprehensively screen and manage comorbidities, geriatric conditions, behavioral health, and psychosocial needs of people with HIV aged 50 years and older.
