HIV Medication Chart Pad

Colorado AETC of the Mountain West AETC has updated its HIV medication chart for providers and patients. This resource features all currently approved antiretroviral drugs and is available as a pad with 50 tear-off sheets. The drugs are organized by class and show approximate size. The reverse side of each sheet contains a dosing worksheet. Which can be individualized to each patient's drug regimen and used as an educational and discussion tool.
