My name is Jessica Lira, I was born and raised in Galveston, Texas. I graduated from the Advanced Standing Program with my Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Houston. I am also a United States Army Veteran. I have a strong passion for encouraging and educating the community on reducing their risks, eliminating stigma, and breaking communication barriers that prevent people from getting the quality service they need.
