This program connects community healthcare team members and specialists for technology-supported, recurring collaborative sessions using the ECHO Model™. The sessions include brief didactics but primarily rely on case-based learning and mentoring to build provider expertise and help expand their services. The model builds community through the principle of ‘all teach, all learn.' Learning occurs through dialogue, interaction, sharing of best practices, and case-based learning. This program is designed to assist participating clinics in demonstrating the knowledge and skills required to have an evidence-informed practice of routine HIV screening, targeted HIV testing, risk reduction counseling, HIV PrEP and PEP prescribing and monitoring, and increase their knowledge of community prevention programs and HIV clinics where patients who test positive for HIV can be rapidly linked to care. Every member of the ECHO network is recognized as an expert in their own space.

CEUs are available for MD/DO/RN, NP, Pharmacists/Pharmacy Techs
