Training slides share information about the AETCs, Practice Transformation, and provide epidemiology data for two HIV outbreaks. The purpose of this resource is to increase understanding of how to utilize clinical and outreach models for successful HIV outbreak interventions and share replicable practices to improve capacity to provide patient-centered HIV care and treatment to disproportionately affected populations.
