Brief Description: Two cases of gonorrhea with reduced susceptibility to ceftriaxone were detected in Massachusetts in the summer of 2022, but none have been detected since. What is the appropriate level of clinical and public health response in 2024? Ideas for strategic gonorrhea and STI/HIV surveillance and response are discussed during this talk.
